Our team has designed and moniored the construction the project, which amalgamaze 3 properties and subdivided into 12 Lots. The existing OLFP is crossing
the subject site, so we provided the flood assessment for the subject site and provide the stormwater mitigation report, drainage, driveway, and the earthwork design
during the RC and EPA stage. The Project has been closed as all documents are approved by AC, WSL.

As the existing OLFP is crossing the subject site, our team has done the flood assessment and provide PC 120 to council. The RC, EPA has been approved and our team is looking after the construction for the subject site.
